but in a scenario (to which two_sheets.ods is updated to capture) where
there is no view/user active on a sheet B that depends on cells in sheet
A, then when A is updated, B does not update automatically to reflect
the changes in A.
So, on switching to a tab, do the check for out of date formulas on

When accessibility is enabled, Calc will add tens of thousands of
listeners.
We then spend a significant chunk of time creating SvCTLOptions objects
(attached to ImpEditEngine) and adding and removing those objects from
the related listener lists.
But the required information is already globally cached by the officecfg
module, so we can avoid that overhead and just fetch it directly from
officecfg.

In SdrPaintView (and subclasses) the mpModel variable is always
the same as the input (reference) model, so there is no need for
that extra variable.
Change the strange and confusing var. name mrSdrModelFromSdrView
(the input reference to SdrModel) to just mrModel and use that in
GetModel(). Change the GetModel() to return a reference instead
of a pointer and reactor the code to accomodate the change.
This gets rid of many nullptr checks for the pointer that the
GetModel() returns and makes the code more simple is some cases.

Using "Tools > Protect Spreadsheet Structure...", it is possible to
protect the structure of a spreadsheet document. Without this patch in
place, the [+] (add new sheet) button is clickable but it does not work.
This is confusing for the user, so it was decided that the button should
be disabled when the structure is protected.
This patch disables the [+] button just after the structure is protected
using the above toggle menu option. The menu option becomes checked, and
the [+] button gets disabled immediately. After choosing the same toggle
menu option again, the check mark goes away, and the [+] button becomes
enabled immediately.
In this patch, GetDocument().IsDocEditable() is used to check if the
document structure is protected. The argument for this choice is that
the same function is used when renaming a sheet with
ScDocFunc::RenameTable().

CallbackFlushHandler post-processes LOK messages, but for things
like dropping useless invalidations it needs to know the rectangle
or the view id, and since the only data it gets are string messages,
it needs to convert those back to binary form. Which is slow
with large numbers of messages.
Add internal LOK callback variant that allows also passing
specific data in the original binary form. And then use directly
the binary data in CallbackFlushHandler.

The header got some changes:
1. Move UnoTunnelIdInit and isUnoTunnelId into 'comphelper' namespace
2. Rename UnoTunnelIdInit to UnoIdInit, as a precondition to replace
of uses of OImplementationId with it, including in XTypeProvider
3. Introduce convenience functions 'getSomething_cast' to cast between
sal_Int64 and object pointers uniformly.
4. Rename getUnoTunnelImplementation to getFromUnoTunnel, both to make
it a bit shorter, and to reflect its function better. Templatize it
to take also css::uno::Any for convenience.
5. Introduce getSomethingImpl, inspired by sw::UnoTunnelImpl; allow it
handle cases both with and without fallback to parent.
6. Adjust UNO3_GETIMPLEMENTATION_* macros
TODO (in separate commits):
- Drop sw::UnoTunnelImpl and sw::UnoTunnelGetImplementation
- Replace all uses of OImplementationId in core with UnoIdInit
- Deprecate OImplementationId in <cppuhelper/typeprovider.hxx>
- Change implementations of getSomething to use getSomethingImpl
- Revise uses of getSomething to use getFromUnoTunnel

The LibreOfficeKit-specific code typically has assumed that all the
"views" (SfxViewShell instances) are for the same document, because
all LibreOfficeKit-based application processes (including the "kit"
processes in Online and the iOS app) so far have only had one document
open at a time.
It is now possible to pass several document file names on the command
line to gtktiledviewer and that is an easy way to demonstrate how
badly it still works even with this patch.
Introduce a unique numeric document id that is increased in the
LibLODocument_Impl constructor. Add APIs to access that. When
iterating over views, try to skip views that are not of the document
visible in the "current" view, if we know what the "current" view is.
Also add a couple of FIXMEs at places where it is a bit unclear (to
me) whether it is correct to iterate over all views, or whether only
views for the "current" document are what we would want.

This basically reverts b6b1ded0a0539e7be1b5338de378a3276a6ff445, since it
introduces tdf#118707, and I cannot reproduce any of the original problems
when reverting.
The patch itself is technically correct, but the problem is in the Windows
implementation of clipboard handling, which uses delayed processing
of setting clipboard contents. This leads to previous clipboard contents
being deleted too late, and with shared_ptr instances of SdrCaptionObj may
get deleted after the related SdrModel has already been deleted.
A proper fix would be to remove the stupid delayed processing from
the clipboard code, but that's non-trivial. If that gets fixed, the change
removing ScCaptionPtr may most probably be applied again.
