iris: Don't guess the aux_usage
Instead of guessing an aux_usage, then confirming it if the isl_surf_get_*_surf functions are successful, just call the ISL functions up-front. This will help us to more easily determine if a depth buffer supports HIZ_CCS. Reviewed-by: Kenneth Graunke <kenneth@whitecape.org>
