GL_ARB_copy_buffer: Add a test for syncing with glBufferData();
Like the subdata test, make sure that we get back the right results when putting new data in our source or dest after a copy. v2: Fix wrong data uploaded in the second half of the test, resulting in always failing (thanks, Ian!). Also drop ARB decorations and use supports_gl_compat_version. Reviewed-by: Ian Romanick <ian.d.romanick@intel.com>
