2015-09-09glsl: Silence unused parameter warningsIan Romanick1-2/+1

2015-07-01glsl: expose build_program_resource_list functionTapani Pälli1-0/+4
This is required so that we can move resource list creation to happen later. Signed-off-by: Tapani Pälli <tapani.palli@intel.com> Reviewed-by: Martin Peres <martin.peres@linux.intel.com>
2013-06-21mesa: Move the common _mesa_glsl_compile_shader() code to glsl/.Eric Anholt1-2/+14
This code had no relation to ir_to_mesa.cpp, since it was also used by intel and state_tracker, and most of it was duplicated with the standalone compiler (which has periodically drifted from the Mesa copy). v2: Split from the ir_to_mesa to shaderapi.c changes. 2013-04-23mesa: Restore 78-column wrapping of license text in C-style comments.Kenneth Graunke1-3/+4
The previous commit introduced extra words, breaking the formatting. This text transformation was done automatically via the following shell command: $ git grep 'THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY' | sed 's/:.*$//' | xargs -I {} sh -c 'vim -e -s {} < vimscript where 'vimscript' is a file containing: /THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY/;/\*\// !fmt -w 78 -p ' * ' :wq Reviewed-by: Brian Paul <brianp@vmware.com>
2013-04-23mesa: Add "OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS" to license text disclaiming liability.Kenneth Graunke1-1/+1
This brings the license text in line with the MIT License as published on the Open Source Initiative website: http://opensource.org/licenses/mit-license.php Generated automatically be the following shell command: $ git grep 'THE AUTHORS BE LIABLE' | sed 's/:.*$//g' | xargs -I '{}' \ sed -i 's/THE AUTHORS/THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS/' {} This introduces some wrapping issues, to be fixed in the next commit. Reviewed-by: Brian Paul <brianp@vmware.com>
2013-04-23mesa: Change "BRIAN PAUL" to "THE AUTHORS" in license text.Kenneth Graunke1-1/+1
Generated automatically be the following shell command: $ git grep 'BRIAN PAUL BE LIABLE' | sed 's/:.*$//g' | xargs -I '{}' \ sed -i 's/BRIAN PAUL/THE AUTHORS/' {} The intention here is to protect all authors, not just Brian Paul. I believe that was already the sensible interpretation, but spelling it out is probably better. More practically, it also prevents people from accidentally copy & pasting the license into a new file which says Brian is not liable when he isn't even one of the authors. 2013-02-04mesa/glsl: Separate parsing logic from _mesa_get_uniform_location.Paul Berry1-0/+4
The parsing logic is moved to a new function in the GLSL module, parse_program_resource_name(). This name was chosen because it should eventually be useful for handling everything that OpenGL 4.3 calls "program resources" (e.g. uniforms, vertex inputs, fragment outputs, and transform feedback varyings). Future patches will make use of this function for linking transform feedback varyings. NOTE: This is a candidate for the 9.1 branch. 2011-08-02linker: Make linker_{error,warning} generally availableIan Romanick1-0/+8
linker_warning is a new function. It's identical to linker_error except that it doesn't set LinkStatus=false and it prepends "warning: " on messages instead of "error: ". 2010-07-26Merge remote branch 'origin/master' into glsl2Eric Anholt1-2/+2
This pulls in multiple i965 driver fixes which will help ensure better testing coverage during development, and also gets past the conflicts of the src/mesa/shader -> src/mesa/program move. Conflicts: src/mesa/Makefile src/mesa/main/shaderapi.c src/mesa/main/shaderobj.h
2010-06-30glsl2: Use Mesa's gl_shader_program instead of our own struct glsl_program.Eric Anholt1-33/+1
This avoids more allocation and shuffling of data around.
2010-06-30glsl2: Move our data from a glsl_shader* on the side to the main gl_shader *.Eric Anholt1-20/+2
This saves recompiling at link time. gl_shader->ir is made a pointer so that we don't have to bring exec_list into mtypes.h.
2010-06-25glsl2: Start integrating ir_to_mesa.cpp into shader_api.hEric Anholt1-0/+4
The compiler is now called by the driver, and generates program instructions. Parameter lists are still not set up, so the driver chokes on it shortly thereafter.
