	Normally, the icons for certain commands are mirrored when the writing direction is RTL. A previous commit added code support so that icon themes can optionally provide specialized versions of these mirrored icons. This can be used in situations where, for example, the mirrored icon would have incorrect shading or obviously mirrored symbols. This commit reorganizes the icon themes to repurpose existing RTL localized icons as RTL writing direction variants.
