2020-09-22WIN move dtrans code into vcl/win/dtransJan-Marek Glogowski1-52/+0
There is nothing abstract about either the clipboard or data transfer code in that directory and it's just used on Windows. All other backends implement this code in VCL, so this moves almost all code, except for the common MimeContentTypeFactory, into the vcl Windows backend / vclplug_win. This also drops four DLLs: sysdtrans, dnd, dtrans and ftransl. The code is using expicit (mostly W) Windows API, and is independent from the macro. Removing it here allows to catch places where some UNICODE-dependent macro is used unintentionally.
