widgettestdialog: Don't have two widgets at same grid position

Widgets "toggle_btn_1" and "combo_box_enable"
were both set at position (0, 0) in their parent
grid, giving odd results with gtk3.

Move the combobox one position to the right in the grid,
where there is an unused cell in the grid.

To trigger the dialog:

* in "Tools" -> "Customize", set a keyboard shortcut for
  function/UNO command ".uno:WidgetTestDialog"
* close the dialog and activat the shortcut
