Rename ScMatrix::IsString() to IsStringOrEmpty()
... to prevent further confusion what it acually returns.
Follow-up inspection of places where used might be necessary, and
whether an IsEmpty() is used and necessary or an IsAnyEmpty() or
some such would be needed.
