vcl: Drop only written to but unread SvImpLBox::m_pActiveTab

This class member is only assigned to, but the value
is never read.

Drop it.

Switch to calling the other SvTreeListBox::GetItem
variant that doesn't require the extra SvLBoxTab**
param, but calls the other one internally (with a
non-null dummy param), so no there should be no change
in behavior.
