tdf#165742 Step 5.7: Fix default series fill value
In chartex, it appears that if a series has no fill specified in a shape property, the default fill for series n in a chart is the nth theme value (or more likely n mod k, where k is the number of themes). Previously the code assigned a series index based on the cx:dataId, so where no dataId tag was present, the index defaulted to -1. This resulted in a default white fill, which meant the series content was not visible on a white background. This code changes that to assign the index based on the sequence of series in the chart. This is particularly relevant to pareto charts, which in the MS Office construction contain two series: one a clusteredColumn and one a paretoLine. Also remove some unused ChartexTypeGroupContext code.
