tdf#100244 sc: Only allocate ColTotal when needed in pivot
ScDPResultMember has an ScDPAggData member, which is quite large
but only used in a handful of cases. Replace it with a pointer
that's allocated when needed
This saves about 1.7GB on the test in tdf#100244, alas that's only
about 30% of the peak!
