tdf#150682 - bad shortcut in french langage
the = key is } on a french keyboard,
so remap the
ctrl-alt-=
shortcuts to
ctrl-alt-}
which means the user gets to keep pressing keys in roughly the same
physical location for this action, regardless of keyboard
