Mysql/MariaDB: implement edit VIEW with GUI or SQL

Delete View works (and the list is updated)
Modifying View works

But, there are at least 2 things to fix:
- adding a view still works but the list isn't updated without manual refresh)
- renaming view doesn't work (a popup error message appear)
