having two SetPosSizePixel is a blasted nuisance
Lets rename the multiargument SetPosSizePixel to
setPosSizePixel drop the various using Window::SetPosSizePixel
and work towards de-virtualizing SetPosSizePixel/SetPosPixel and
SetSizePixel and doing the work in a virtual setPosSizePixel
