Adapt to macOS Resources vs. share naming
On macOS, "Tools - Macros - Organize Macros - Basic... - Macro From:"
erroneously listed all the per-application modules ("Access2Base", "Depot",
"Euro", ...) under "My Macros" instead of "Application Macros".
