Merge branch 'drm-nouveau-next' of git://anongit.freedesktop.org/git/nouveau/linux-2.6 into drm-next

- Various fixes that make surviving concurrent piglit more possible.
- Buffer object deletion no longer synchronous
- Context/register initialisation updates that have been reported to
solve some stability issues (particularly on some problematic GF119
chips)
