## Summary
DMCA safe-habour compliance was brought up on the board's mailing list. This is an issue for freedesktop.org and will be pursued there.
The X.org wiki currently did not have a formal license for contributions. Future contributions will be under CC-BY-SA [1], it is to be determined whether a license can be applied to contributions made before today. The wiki is currently in some disarray, preventing some from registering for XDC. This will be sorted asap.
