configure.ac: Remove gallium-g3dvl flag.
It's next to useless, since it just allows you to turn off VDPAU and XvMC with a single switch. Just check whether Gallium drivers are enabled instead. Reviewed-by: Christian K├Ânig <christian.koenig@amd.com>
