On the Formatting Bar, click the Numbering On/Off icon Icon . To change the formatting and the hierarchy of a numbered list, click in the list, and then open the Bullets and Numbering toolbar. To remove numbering, select the numbered paragraphs, and then click the Numbering On/Off icon on the Formatting Bar.
