Print Preview Bar The Print Preview Bar is displayed when you choose File - Print Preview.

Full Screen Hides the menus and toolbars. To exit the full screen mode, click the Full Screen On/Off button. Format Page Margins Shows or hides margins of the page. Margins can be dragged by the mouse, and also can be set on Page tab of Page Style dialog. Scaling Factor This slide defines a page scale for the printed spreadsheet. Scaling factor can be set on Sheet tab of Page Style dialog, too. Close Preview To exit the print preview, click the Close Preview button.
