AutoFormat function; text documents AutoCorrect Automatically formats the file according to the options that you set under Tools - AutoCorrect Options.

AutoCorrect Options Opens the AutoCorrect dialog. To open the AutoFormat for Tables dialog, click in a table cell, and then choose Table - AutoFormat.
