Slide design Displays the slide designs you can apply to your slide. Select a design and click OK to apply it to the current slide. Exchange background page Applies the background of the selected slide design to all of the slides in your document. Delete unused backgrounds Deletes unreferenced background slides and presentation layouts from your document. Load Displays the Load Slide Design dialog, where you can select additional slide designs.
