1. Licenza

Il thesaurus italiano per il programma MyThes usato da OpenOffice.org è
distribuito da Daniela Volta, contattabile all'indirizzo e-mail:
openoffice(chiocciola)keynes(punto)scuole(punto)bo(punto)it e da Davide Prina,
contattabile all'indirizzo e-mail: davideprina(chiocciola)yanoo(punto)com, 
sotto i termini e le condizioni della GNU General Public License (GPL)
versione 3.0 o successiva.
Una volta accettata la licenza per l'uso, la distribuzione è consentita la
modifica di questo prodotto, l'accettante dovrà rispettare tutti i termini e le
condizioni riportate nella licenza scelta.

Dalla versione 2.0 è stato incluso parzialmente anche un altro thesaurus
presente anche nel programma GPL http://search.mnogo.ru.

Questo thesaurus è stato fornito da Marcello Bianchetti sotto licenza di
pubblico dominio per l'integrazione con il thesaurus di OOo.
In ogni caso verrà allegato un file contenente tutti i sinonimi ricavati da
questo thesaurus nel file: thes_PD.txt

2. Avvertenze importanti (leggere assolutamente)

Il presente thesaurus funziona con le versioni di OpenOffice.org (OOo) maggiori
o uguali della versione 2.0 (comprese alcune delle sue beta nominate 1.9.x)

Il file degli indici è ottenuto con MyThes, disponibile sul sito di OOo.

3. Modalità di installazione e configurazione in OpenOffice.org

Se possibile è meglio consultare la guida d'installazione on-line, disponibile
qui, che di sicuro è più aggiornata e completa:
a) come installare il thesaurus:

b) come aggiornare il thesaurus:

Per installare il thesaurus occorre seguire i seguenti punti:
1) copiare i file th_it_IT.* nella directory contenente il file dictionary.lst
   (questa posizione può essere diversa a seconda del sistema operativo in uso
   e della versione sia del sistema operativo che di OpenOffice.org; per
   esempio sotto Debian GNU/Linux è attualmente sotto
   /usr/share/myspell/dict, mentre sotto windows si trova normalmente in una
   directory con percorso simile a questo \Programmi\OpenOffice\share\dict\ooo)
2) editare il file di testo dictionary.lst ed aggiungendo la seguente linea
THES it IT th_it_IT
3) occorre ora chiudere tutti i processi di OpenOffice.org (compreso il
   quickstart) per poter caricare il thesaurus appena installato con il prossimo
   documento aperto di OOo

Occorre successivamente configurare OpenOffice.org affinché utilizzi il
thesaurus italiano; per fare questo seguire i seguenti punti:
1) aprire un qualsiasi programma di OpenOffice.org (per esempio Write)
2) aprire il menù "Strumenti" e selezionare "Opzioni"
3) aprire "Impostazioni lingua" (facendo click sul segno "+")
4) selezionare "Lingue"
5) impostare l'italiano come lingua predefinita (vedi disegno Lingua.png)
6) selezionare "Linguistica"
7) premere il bottone "Modifica ..."
8) selezionare "Italiano" dal combo box
9) mettere il check per i check box di:
   - "Controllo ortografico"
   - "Sillabazione"
   - "Sinonimi"
   Vedere disegno Linguistica-Modifica.png
10) premere il bottone "Chiudi"
11) premere il bottone "Ok"

Ora è possibile utilizzare il thesaurus:
1) editare una parola (es: casa)
2) posizionarsi su casa e fare una delle seguenti cose:
   - premere Ctrl-F7
   - Strumenti->Sinonimi
Nota: la parola deve essere contenuta nel thesaurus per funzionare l'esempio
Nota: è possibile anche crearsi un bottone su una barra per la visualizzazione
      dei sinonimi della parola su cui si è posizionati; per fare questo è
      sufficiente posizionarsi con il cursore su una barra degli strumenti in
      una posizione vuota (senza nessun bottone), premere con il tasto destro
      del mouse e selezionare "Modifica" dal menù pop-up che appare. A questo
      punto si può aprire "Varie" e selezionare il bottone "Sinonimi".

1. License

The Italian thesaurus used by OpenOffice.org are released by Daniela Volta
openoffice(at)keynes(dot)scuole(dot)bo(dot)it and Davide Prina
davideprina(at)yahoo(dot)com (please change <at> with @ and
<dot> with . in order to contact the authors) under the terms and conditions of
the GNU General Public License (GPL) version 3.0 or above. The user,
distributor and/or programmer after accept this license when he/she uses,
distributes and/or modifies these files. He/she must agree with every term and
condition included in the chosen license.

From version 2.0 we have been added a GPL thesaurus found here: 
http://search.mnogo.ru
This thesaurus author is Marcello Bianchetti.
All words added from that thesaurus can be found here: thes_GPL.txt

2. Warnings (to read absolutely)

The Italian Thesaurus work only with at least OpenOffice.org (OOo) version 2.0.

The index file is created by MyThes, you can find MyThes on the OOo site.

3. How to install it in OpenOffice.org

It is best to read the italian documentation found here:
a) come installare il thesaurus:

When you have the two binary files you can install they do the following:
1) copy th_it_IT.* files into the directory with the dictionary.lst file
2) edit the dictionary.lst file and adding the following line:
THES it IT th_it_IT
3) shutdown all the OOo process (also the OOo quickstart) and than start a OOo
program to have the new Italian thesaurus ready

Now you must configure OpenOffice.org:
1) open one OOo program (for example Write)
2) open "Tools" menù and select "Options"
3) open "Lenguage tools"
4) select "Lenguage"
5) set Italian as default lenguage (as show in the file Lingua.png)
6) select "Linguistic"
7) press "Modify" button
8) select "Italian" from the combo box
9) check all the check box (as show in the file Linguistica-Modifica.png)
10) press "Close" button
11) press "Ok"

Now you can use the Italian thesaurus using Ctrl-F7 or Tools->Thesaurus
