removed *-ME and *-BA not supported by the dictionary
As requested per mail from Goran Rakic: It may be better to remove sr-*-ME and sr-*-BA from libreoffice/dictionaries/sr/dictionaries.xcu as they are not supported by the dictionary/hyphenation. This dictionary standardizes on ekavian dialect, as it is commonly spoken in Serbia, while speakers of Serbian language in Bosnia or Montenegro would use the ijekavian dialect.
