Introduced in commit 579cf9548615e8535a0569a8eb4cdf325fbbbac7
("tdf#138857 fix font replacement table GUI") to prevent a crash
in rtl_uString_newFromStr_WithLength (see the bugs comments),
neither sberg nor I could reproduce it, after I did a rebase and
full build. Maybe it happened because of a partial build after a
local rebase... no other idea.
Commit 8b66e1745933cd5aa4ae974f709a7e6c8be1f898 also added a unit
test, which passes.
This revert the change to Edit::GetText.

- fix the get_text calls missed in tdf#136534, so combo box entry
and table selection are synced again
- unselect the table row, if the combo box entry doesn't match
anymore the selected table row.
- empty the combo box entries on multiple selection (allowd for
mass delete only)
- move the "apply replacement table" checkbox before the table
- also change the comboboxes's sensitivity when toggling the
"apply replacement table" checkbox.

This is only for the 64-bit windows platform.
I don't see the point in messing with the 32-bit platforms, they are
(a) become more and more rare
(b) unlikely to even have enough available process memory to load extremely large calc spreadsheets
The primary problem we are addressing here is bringing
Windows-64bit up to same capability as Linux-64bit when it
comes to handling very large spreadsheets,
which is caused by things like tools::Rectangle using "long",
which means that all the work done to make Libreoffice on 64-bit
Linux capable of loading large spreadsheets is useless on Windows,
where long is 32-bit.
The operator<< for tools::Rectangle needs to be inside
the tools namespace because of an interaction with the cppunit
printing template stuff that I don't understand.
SalPoint changed to use sal_Int32, since it needs to be
the same definition as the Windows POINT structure.

Make gtk3's 'GtkSalGraphics::drawNativeControl'
take into account a control's background color,
if any is explicitly set:
Set background/fill color (in 'Edit::ApplySettings')
also for the case where the control is drawn "natively",
but don't draw the background in the generic 'Window::Erase'
method for the case of native drawing; instead handle it when
drawing the control itself.
This adds an additional parameter to pass the background color to the
relevant '{d,D}rawNativeControl' methods (defaulting to 'COL_AUTO')
and implements the required handling to apply the background color
for the gtk3 case.
qt5/kf5 will probably be handled in an upcoming commit as well.
Windows as well as the "gen" VCL plugin were not affected by the
issue, so remain unchanged and just ignore the new parameter.
In a quick test on on macOS, the rendering of the controls
in the sample doc was broken beyond just the missing background
colors (s. screenshot attached to tdf#136094); the behavior there
also remains unchanged by this patch, the new parameter is ignored
for now.

Commit 2a694f9e0e7789b4b3b792a9eedd29366fa10c1c
("lok: fix the window type of the formatted field control",
2020-05-06) had introduced the new 'WindowType::FORMATTEDFIELD'
and sets it for the 'FormattedField' control, instead of using
the previous default value set in the 'SpinField' ctor,
which is 'WindowType::SPINFIELD'.
This commit adds the corresponding 'WindowType::FORMATTEDFIELD'
cases relevant to make native drawing of the control work (again).
Also map the corresponding accessibility roles.

...which would violate the the preconditions of the later call to maText.remove.
When BreakIteratorImpl::previousWord
(i18npool/source/breakiterator/breakiteratorImpl.cxx) is called to e.g. move
back over a single space at the start of the text, at least for an en-US locale
it will fall through to the call to BreakIterator_Unicode::previousWord
(i18npool/source/breakiterator/breakiterator_unicode.cxx) at the bottom of the
function. That in turn calls icu::BreakIterator::preceding, which is documented
(workdir/UnpackedTarball/icu/source/common/unicode/brkiter.h) to return
icu::BreakIterator::DONE (i.e., -1, see
workdir/UnpackedTarball/icu/source/common/unicode/brkiter.h) in that case, which
causes BreakIterator_Unicode::previousWord to return a Boundary with startPos ==
endPos == -1.
The documentation of UNO method css.i18n.XBreakIterator::previousWord
(offapi/com/sun/star/i18n/XBreakIterator.idl) is silent about the expected
return value in such a case. But lets assume that returning such a [-1..-1]
Boundary is as intended, and locally address this case in Edit::ImplDelete,
making aSelection start at the start of the text.

"Find explicit casts from signed to unsigned integer in comparison against
unsigned integer, where the cast is presumably used to avoid warnings about
signed vs. unsigned comparisons, and could thus be replaced with
o3tl::make_unsigned for clairty." (compilerplugins/clang/unsignedcompare.cxx)
o3tl::make_unsigned requires its argument to be non-negative, and there is a
chance that some original code like
static_cast<sal_uInt32>(n) >= c
used the explicit cast to actually force a (potentially negative) value of
sal_Int32 to be interpreted as an unsigned sal_uInt32, rather than using the
cast to avoid a false "signed vs. unsigned comparison" warning in a case where
n is known to be non-negative. It appears that restricting this plugin to non-
equality comparisons (<, >, <=, >=) and excluding equality comparisons (==, !=)
is a useful heuristic to avoid such false positives. The only remainging false
positive I found was 0288c8ffecff4956a52b9147d441979941e8b87f "Rephrase cast
from sal_Int32 to sal_uInt32".
But which of course does not mean that there were no further false positivies
that I missed. So this commit may accidentally introduce some false hits of the
assert in o3tl::make_unsigned. At least, it passed a full (Linux ASan+UBSan
--enable-dbgutil) `make check && make screenshot`.
It is by design that o3tl::make_unsigned only accepts signed integer parameter
types (and is not defined as a nop for unsigned ones), to avoid unnecessary uses
which would in general be suspicious. But the STATIC_ARRAY_SELECT macro in
include/oox/helper/helper.hxx is used with both signed and unsigned types, so
needs a little oox::detail::make_unsigned helper function for now. (The
ultimate fix being to get rid of the macro in the first place.)
