When the LibreOffice Kit is active by default is
set to headless mode, with the flag "DialogCancelMode::Silent",
according to the documentation it should close the dialog,
but it was changed for dialog tunneling.
However the dialog tunneling is being deprecated, and
in order to not produce any regression, it will be used
temporary a new state "DialogCancelMode::LOKSilent", to disable
any dialog interactivity.

- SwBorderAttrs::CalcRight: handle right gutter margin, so gutter
increases the right margin, not the left margin on mirrored pages
- lcl_CalcBorderRect: similar to left and top margins, compensate for
right margin gutter as well, so borders are independent from the gutter
margin (Word compat)

The page gutter defines the amount of extra space added to the specified
margin, above any existing margin values. This can be helpful in case of
printed books: e.g. 1cm left margin, 1cm right margin, then some
additional gutter margin on the left can mean that once the book is
printed and binding consumes its space, the remaining left/right margin
is matching.
This is just the doc model, other parts will come in follow-up commits.

There is a general behavior to switch to the default sidebar context
by view deactivation and switch back to the right context by view
activation. See SfxShell::Activate() and SfxShell::Deactivate().
By activation, we use the selection to find out the right sidebar
context. See GetContextForSelection_SC() method for example. However,
for charts, this does not work, because the chart window is a separate
environment and the shell does not know what is selected inside the
chart window. So let's avoid context switches when we have a chart
window active. Let the chart controller handle sidebar context changes.

When a client side issue command to show the Macro Selector Dialog
to the server side, it is not necessary the dialog sends window
invalidate.
I guess the dialog tunneling progressively will be deprecated in
favor of JSDialog, that it will send JSON data to client side,
then it will be constructed to html element using a javascript
dialog builder. (I am wondering why sending JSON?, the server side
can just send the HTML string, and no need for javascript dialog builder).

This fixes a demonstrable problem, and affects only macOS.
This is also on the path towards fixing
https://github.com/CollaboraOnline/online/issues/849 , even if the
code touched here is for macOS only. The iOS pasteboard handling code
is based on the macOS one.
We need the pasteboard to have the OBJECTDESCRIPTOR type as a MIME
type that includes the typename attribute, because the code in sc
checks for that when it decides whether it is a proper
OBJECTDESCRIPTOR.
Simplify the data in the flavorMap array. No need to duplicate the
same MIME type string as both the pasteboard type and MIME type, for
those cases where the MIME type is used diretly as pasteboard type. We
also know that for those types, the MIME type might have additional
parameters, so be more lenient in checking.
With this change, and my recent change to sot, this now works:
Start LibreOffice. Open a spreadsheet. Select a cell range. (It can
include formulas.) Edit > Copy. Quit LibreOffice.
Start LibreOffice again. Open a spreadsheet. Edit > Paste. You get the
very same cells that you pasted as such (with relative cell addresses
in formulas properly adjusted, as expected).
Previously, it would paste an image of the copied cell range, which is
fairly pointless.
There is still lots of opportunity for cleanup in the clipboard code
for macOS and iOS. It is presumably rather pointless to put images on
the pasteboard in Windows bitmap format, for instance. Just PNG should
be enough. No idea why the code provides the TIFF pasteboard type for
images. Ditto for Windows metafiles (WMF and EMF). It is also unclear
how useful the EMBED_SOURCE or LINK_SOURCE types are on macOS, for
instance.

org.openoffice.Office.Common.Save.Document.SaveBackwardCompatibleODF
was added in 2007 and apparently enables storing invalid ODF (or OOoXML)
to workaround bugs in OOo <= 2.3; nobody should need it in this day and
age, and the OOoXML export has been removed anyway.

Continue what commit aadda5d17f6e422da143ea774f759bfc5f629c5b
started wrt. unit-less draw:angle attributes in ODF >= 1.2:
* ODF 1.3 files don't ever have unit-less draw:angle interpreted as
10th of degree
* import unit-less draw:angle as degree, except if it's ODF 1.0/1.1 or
it's ODF 1.2 written by OOo/LO < 7.0, then 10th of degree
* export draw:angle with "deg", which LO 4.4 and newer can read; except
if exporting ODF 1.0/1.1 or ODF 1.2 Extended (compatibility mode),
then 10th of degree (unit-less)
The only problem with this is that if you store a file as ODF 1.2
Extended (compatibility mode) and load it with LO 7.0 it will interpret
the angle wrong, but nothing's perfect...

The problem is that SvXMLMetaDocumentContext::endFastElement() works
to
init BuildId property for ODF packages but not for flat ODF files
because the entire content of the document is inside that element.
So init BuildId when the office:meta element ends.
Also, add the missing "BuildId" property in XmlFilterAdaptor.
This allows the CppunitTest_sd_import_tests testGradientAngle to work
in
the subsequent commit.

Associate a style of family "drawing-page" with a style:master-page.
This fixes the small part of the draw:fill attribute problem that is
covered by OFFICE-3937 in ODF 1.3.
Exporting the "drawing-page" style is only allowed in ODF 1.3; all
property map entries have ODFSVER_ODF013 and this causes no style
to be exported for earlier versions.
Continue to export the invalid draw:fill attributes on the
style:page-layout for now, until the import of this is more widely
deployed.
This only works with Writer, because Calc doesn't implement FillStyle
properties on its page styles.

... to configuration and UI.
The new default is ODF 1.3 Extended, which is now ODFVER_LATEST and
stored as value "3" in configuration.
Adapt a few places related to DocumentDigitalSignatures etc. to new
default.

The problem was that commit ef39938dea14666a5835b6ae85091c1010f8ae8d
temporarily added ODF 1.3 version strings to the optsavepage.ui,
just to get translations for them; unfortunately the dialog itself
was not adapted to the new values, so when you select them the
result is 0, or ODFVER_UNKNOWN... fortunately this was reverted
before 6.4.0.3.
The value ODFVER_UNKNOWN is very dubious and without an obvious purpose;
http://specs.openoffice.org/appwide/odf/odf_1-2_migration.odt
mentions it but provides no details.
Hence let's interpret it the same as ODFVER_LATEST for export purposes.
Also add the value ODFVER_012_EXT_COMPAT to the configuration, because
this is actually used.
Also fix a copypasta in SvtSaveOptions_Impl::IsReadOnly(), where the
wrong flag is checked for OdfDefaultVersion.
