The problem was that the whole Subject info was returned from
X.509 certs if they did not start with one of "CN", "OU", "O", "E"
Instead of extending this list with random keys, pass the type of cert
and only return the whole Subject info if it's an OpenGPG one, and
process the info unconditionally if it's X.509 like before the OpenGPG
integration

Regression from commit: e57d90cd4e51a1353eafc87bb29cfe6076704a7c
(tdf#129173 tdf#129175 Fix number format of data labels)
Data point styles in older ODF files do not contain the
'link-data-style-to-source' property, so they used the
data series style property during the import previously.
Now we set the default false value, if the data point
style contains a 'data-style-name' (number format).

While debugging tdf#129712 on Windows, I saw this sequence:
1. nullptr was dereferenced (the reason for tdf#129712).
2. ExceptionHandler::HandleException was called (in
workdir/UnpackedTarball/breakpad/src/client/windows/handler/exception_handler.cc).
3. It called ExceptionHandler::WriteMinidumpOnHandlerThread.
4. Minidump was created in ExceptionHandler::ExceptionHandlerThreadMain.
5. Document Recovery dialog was shown in Desktop::Exception (in
desktop/source/app/app.cxx).
6. After closing dialog, _exit() was called in Desktop::Exception.
7. All threads except main were terminated.
8. Another access violation was thrown in the "minimal CRT cleanup".
9. ExceptionHandler::HandleException called again.
10. ExceptionHandler::WriteMinidumpOnHandlerThread hung on WaitForSingleObject
because handler thread that should release the semaphore was terminated
already at step 7.
The process had to be killed manually.
This change destroys the breakpad handler at the start of Desktop::Exception,
which de-registers itself (on Windows it uses SetUnhandledExceptionFilter).
Other than preventing the hang, the rationale also is that keeping the handler
after first minidump creation is wrong: even if the second minidump creation
succeeded, uploading it to crashdump server would give not the actual problem,
but some unrelated stack.

This partially reverts commit 81f9fe3a14f0fc99afbfa7ce3a26a9c7855d0919
(fdo#74401 VML groupshape import: only handle v:rect as TextShape,
2014-03-19), which wanted to map triangles to custom shapes.
It was overlooked that we can have not only explicit rectangles and
custom shapes, but also <v:shape> elements which have their shape type
explicitly set to TextBox. The later is now again handled similar to
rectangles. This keeps the triangle case working, but fixes the <v:shape
o:spt="202"> case.
We need to make this decision while parsing the XML, so some rework is
needed to have earlier access to its container (group shape or draw
page) and also to its shape type.

There were two problems with this attribute:
1. It was written in style:table-cell-properties instead of
in style:style.
2. It was referencing a number format id, instead of a style
name. Moreover, the data style wasn't even exported as part
of office:styles (if at all).
Both import and export were affected. For export, it was easily
possible to reuse some related stuff from Calc, so that stuff
was moved into xmloff and used from there (there are no logic
changes for Calc). For import, loading of the invalid attribute
was kept for compat reasons. Although it's only useful for
automatic number formats, as the data styles weren't exported
properly anyway (e.g. see the document attached in bugzilla).

Per default, a document opened by a user action will always open
in a new frame. For tdf#83722, this behaviour was extended to
documents created from templates.
But this currently also affects the default factory templates, if
these are replaced by a config setting with a real template, which
was not intentional.
So this patch introduces a new MediaDescriptor property, which
allows to mark a document as replaceable and automatically sets
it for factory default documents. If this property is set to true,
a document just acts as a placeholder while it's unmodified. I.e.
the next opened document from its frame will close and replace it.
For this backport the documentation in MediaDescriptor.idl is
dropped, so people won't rely on this as a feature before 7.0.

The obvious problem was that a bookmark failed to be copied to the
correct node, it was created on a SwStartNode, which failed in
makeMark() and caused a null-pointer.
The target position was off by 1 node because there was a spurious
StartNode/EndNode pair directly below the table:
[ 41] 0x5b13430 TableNode ,
[ 42] 0x5b1d010 StartNode ,
[ 43] 0x5b12a50 StartNode ,
[ 44] 0x5b135f0 TextNode "",
This was created by a special case in SwTableNode::MakeCopy() because
.GetTabSortBoxes().size() == 1.
But the table had actually quite a bunch more cells in the nodes-array,
just they were not yet in the SwTable.
In an exciting twist of events, it turns out the table was copied while
it was not yet finished parsing: the problem was that in the middle of
the table, some CSS set some page attributes, and this caused a
first-page page style to be created in SwCSS1Parser::ParseStyleSheet(),
by copying the master page style.
Unfortunately the table was in the <div title="footer">, so it was
copied in this incomplete and inconsistent state.
It might be possible to get rid of the special case in
SwTableNode::MakeCopy() by restricting the special case skipping of
StartNodes at the start in SwNodes::CopyNodes() a bit so that StartNodes
whose EndNodes are copied aren't skipped; at least that's the most
reasonable explanation for the special case.
But for now just fix the HTML import.
Additionally, only on MacOSX, using libc++, this triggered an assert:
Assertion failed: (!pImpl->mpStaticDefaults || typeid(rItem) == typeid(GetDefaultItem(nWhich))), function PutImpl, file /Users/tdf/lode/jenkins/workspace/lo_gerrit/Config/macosx_clang_dbgutil/svl/source/items/itempool.cxx, line 611.
Probably because SdrTextAniCountItem is not marked DLLPUBLIC.

Crash caused by this sequence (tested in Writer):
1. Closing print preview, frame is attached to controller;
2. This calls SfxNotebookBar::StateMethod
3. There notebookbar's listener is added to list of the controller's
context change event listeners
4. Then in SwPagePreview::~SwPagePreview, notebookbar's listener is
added to that list again
5. ContextChangeEventMultiplexer::addContextChangeEventListener
detects second addition, and throws an unhandled exception.
I don't know why starting listening is needed in SwPagePreview dtor;
unfortunately commit d05b7b32d9ecb6fcb4a268eb68cdcee09bafa6dd doesn't
say much about context and reasons.
ControlListener is renamed to ControlListenerForCurrentController to
emphasize that it operates on the current controller of notebookbar's
frame; and its bListen parameter meaning was reverted: previously its
"true" value awkwardly meant "stop listening". All direct operations
with listener of notebookbar are replaced with calls to notebookbar's
methods.
In ContextChangeEventMultiplexer::addContextChangeEventListener,
uno::UNO_QUERY_THROW was replaced with uno::UNO_QUERY, because not
only chart controller may appear here, and it's not an error: e.g.
SfxBaseController doesn't implement lang::XServiceInfo.

All uses of index_type had been added to mitigate the previous std::span change
from signed (ptrdiff_t) to unsigned (size_t) index_type, see
6ef8420fdbf8dff16de13147c5ab833bc5e01121 "Adapt o3tl::span to updated C++2a

std::span variants currently out there (signed index_type, unsigned index_type,
unsigned size_type), without causing compilation failures due to
CPPUNIT_ASSERT_EQUAL with arguments of different types, or compiler warnings
about mixed signed/unsigned comparisons. So rule out the oldest std::span
variant (signed index_type) in configure.ac (so that o3tl::span will use its
own hand-rolled code in that case) and simplify the uses of index_type to
std::size_t (as had already been mentioned in
6ef8420fdbf8dff16de13147c5ab833bc5e01121).

Use the chart:data-label element instead of using the
loext:custom-label-field attribute.
chart:data-label stores can be a child of chart:data-point and it may
contain a text:o element for holding one or more paragraphs of custom
label text.
This commit aims to export and import chart:data-label with paragraphs
put into different text:span elements. These span elements may hold a
text:style-name attribute in order to achieve formatted text.
This structure is already in the ODF format.

OOX import supports custom label texts in chart diagrams (produced by
e.g. double clicking on a data label, and write custom text), but -
since embedded objects are exported and imported to odf right after migration -
it is not displayed in case of a Writer document.
In order to make it work, we have to support custom label text in the
odf structure. This commit only allows the import/export of pure text,
it should be improved to store and load formatted string.
A new XML token is added, which currently refers to an attribute of the
chart:data-point tag. If we want to store formatted string, something
more clever has to be done.

We are only using the extent data in SwAccessibleTableData_Impl as a

So just compare the rows and columns arrays instead of calculating
extents.
The downside is that we might fire events a little more often.
This takes the opening time from 17s to 10s for me.
