BitmapColor has a Color() operator. However, this is confusing and tends to hide that the two classes aren't the same. I have converted this to GetColor(). The issue of 362d4f0cd4e50111edfae9d30c90602c37ed65a2 "Explicitly mark overriding destructors as 'virtual'" appears to no longer be a problem with MSVC 2013. (The little change in the rewriting code of compilerplugins/clang/override.cxx was necessary to prevent an endless loop when adding "override" to OOO_DLLPUBLIC_CHARTTOOLS virtual ~CloseableLifeTimeManager(); in chart2/source/inc/LifeTime.hxx, getting stuck in the leading OOO_DLLPUBLIC_CHARTTOOLS macro. This reverts commit 05050cdb23de586870bf479a9df5ced06828d498, not all places that use e.g. OStringToOUString to convert potential UTF-8 are guaranteed to fulfil the prerequisites necessary to use fromUtf8 (and some places like e.g. in codemaker are happy with the best-effort effect of OStringToOUString's OSTRING_TO_OUSTRING_CVTFLAGS).
