sw: set a BaseURL when copying embedded objects
Turns out that SfxObjectShell::CreateShellID() will produce the
SfxMedium's base URL if it exists, so
EmbeddedObjectContainer::CopyAndGetEmbeddedObject() already has
parameters, sw just needs to set them.
