remove RTL_CONSTASCII_STRINGPARAM in OString::equalsL calls
Convert code like:
if (aByteStr.equalsL(RTL_CONSTASCII_STRINGPARAM("rem")))
to:
if (aByteStr.startsWith("rem"))
