Removed several useless macros: UNISTRING, USTR, USTR_ASCII, ASCII_STR, ASCII_STRING, CONST_ASCII, ASCSTR, ASCII, DEFINE_CONST_UNICODE, DEFINE_CONST_OUSTRING
