set Skia pixel geometry for every surface
Skia update chrome/m88 removed the possibility to call
SkFontLCDConfig::SetSubpixelOrder() to set subpixel setup for all
surfaces. So I guess now we have to explicitly pass SkSurfaceProps
to every single SkSurface we create.
