use initialiser syntax for Sequence<OUString>
replaced using the script:
git grep -lP 'Sequence.*OUString.*\(1\)'
| xargs perl -0777 -pi
-e "s/Sequence< OUString > (\w+)\(1\);
.*\[0\] = (\S+);/Sequence< OUString > \1 { \2 };/g"
