Related tdf#78486: recompile calculated field formulas againstHEADmaster

When a pivot cache is rebuilt from source data (import or refresh),
the calculated field formulas are now recompiled against the real
source column names. Field references that no longer match any source
column, group dimension or other calculated field are replaced with
"#NAME!" error, matching excel behavior.

Also replace unresolvable group field references with 0 in
ReplaceTokenMeasuresWithValues(), matching Excel behavior where
SUM of text/group values equals 0. Previously these unreplaced
ocDPFieldName tokens caused "#VALUE!" errors.
