tdf#171624: Add PDF export tests for font-variation-settingsHEADmaster
Test that font-variation-settings with arbitrary axis values (wght=623,
wdth=87) produce distinct font subsets in PDF export. Tests both writer
(ODT) and editengine (ODP) paths.
The test font is a subset of Amstelvar with wdth and wght axes and
Latin-1 character range.
