tdf#158727 Support attribute leftvec leftharpoon in MathHEADmaster
. . . for improved RTL support
This includes wide variants for both wideleftvec and wideleftharpoon. OpenSymbol has been updated to include uni20D0 COMBINING LEFT HARPOON ABOVE and uni20D6 COMBINING LEFT ARROW ABOVE.
