vcl: Use frozen::unordered_map for desktop mappingHEADmaster

Use an unordered_map to explicitly map desktop type
to string representation instead of relying on the
order of strings in the array to match with
the DesktopType enum values.

This also prepares for making DesktopType an
enum class in an upcoming commit.
