tdf#111880 sw: Print RTL page comments within the page boundsHEADmaster

RTL pages have comments on the left side of the page, rather than the
right. The Writer page print code includes logic to scale and shift the
page contents to make room for printed comments. Unfortunately, this
logic only made room on the right side of the page, and didn't cover the
RTL case.

This change shifts the page to the right on print, to make room for
comments on the left side rather than the right in the RTL case.
