tdf#124398 oox chartexport: GroupShaped charts need different elementsHEADmaster

This patch was all based on trial and error and Google.

What we currently export is considered corrupt by
modern MS Word (2019, 2024 tested),
but not reported as corrupt by MS Word 2010!

Interacting with google suggests that most of chartexport.cxx
was probably written for PowerPoint (XML_p) and Excel (XML_xdr),

This patch is concerned about Word (XML_wps)
whose mnXmlNamespace came from ShapeExport::WriteGroupShape.

Apparently Word didn't complain about invalid
wps:nvGraphicFramePr for wps:wsp,
but it does complain for wpg:wgp (groupshapes).

Exporting group-shaped charts for Word 2019 has never worked.
