tdf#171777 fix crash creating a master documentHEADmaster

Fixes a crash caused by commit commit
64a7d5179b84b9098de416b9d48d509ff552c0b6 where I added a
TreeView::set_children_on_demand at the end of the
SwContentTree::RequestingChildren function. I thought I had removed the
set_children_on_demand function from the places in the code where it
follows a call to RequestingChildren. In this patch I have removed the
the added set_children_on_demand in the RequestingChildren function.
