[API CHANGE] wina11y: Drop XMSAAService::handleWindowOpened from UNO ifaceHEADmaster

At the only caller, a reference to the concrete implementation
class, MSAAServiceImpl, is available, so there is no need
to go via the UNO abstraction for this method call.

This also allows to switch the param to vcl::Window*, instead
of casting back and forth.

Drop the method from the unpublished UNO interface that
is only meant to be used internally to implement the
Windows a11y bridge.
