Related tdf#78486: fix crash when calculated field is the onlyHEADmaster

data dimension.

When a single calculated field references source fields not in the data
area, hidden dependency measures are added for formula evaluation. This
inflated the measure count, causing GetRowStartMeasure/GetColStartMeasure
to return SC_DPMEASURE_ANY instead of index 0, leading to a crash in
GetMeasureFunction with a negative index.

Track the visible measure count separately so the measure
iteration strategy is based on what the user placed in the data area,
not on the internally expanded total.
