tdf#171586 scriptdlg: Update buttons after selecting newly inserted itemHEADmaster
Otherwise when the create button is used to insert a new macro, the new
item is immediately selected but the buttons remain in the state of the
container. This was confusing because it looked like you couldn’t edit
the new macro.
