tdf#170215 chart import: finish calculation-settings before chart:chartHEADmaster

This fixes a longstanding problem
exposed by 25.8.0 commit 33f644074e498336d97a881be903662c9a6abedf
OOXML handling of 1904 null date for charts with internal data provider

The problem was that size attributes for chart:chart
were being collected before table:calculation-settings was written out.

So the size was lost during import
because it was written into table:calculation-settings
instead of chart:chart

make CppunitTest_chart2_export3 CPPUNIT_TEST_NAME=testTdf170215_nullDate
