Update git submodules
* Update helpcontent2 from branch 'master'
to 24828f91e22842cdaf64faf7d22a028541e5746c
- tdf#148621 Improve Basic Help layout
- Get rid of tables
- Add normalize-whitespace Prism plugin to get rid of useless indents
- Fix code blocks poking through sticky header
- Add some word wrapping CSS to fix mobile-unfriendliness
