Update git submodules

* Update helpcontent2 from branch 'distro/collabora/cp-6.2'
  - .howtoget, now more Collabora-y

    LibreOffice’s green with Collabora’s purple, but .howtoget divs,
    having a pale green background, looked very discordant.
