Update git submodules

* Update helpcontent2 from branch 'master'
  - Fix switch selection when embedded in other pages
    
    Emebed exerpts with switch tags were unable to perform
    the correct switch because of the use of the same id= in
    several places in the page. The new logic fixes that.
