cppcanvas: processEMFPlus: fix valgrind warning:
When reading EmfPlusRecordTypeDrawImagePoints, handle the variant where points are stored as 16-bit integers instead of floats correctly. Found via valgrind on loading bugdoc from fdo#42252.
