remove unnecessary RTL_CONSTASCII_STRINGPARAM in OUString::equalsL
Convert code like this:
if (aStr.equalsL(RTL_CONSTASCII_STRINGPARAM("rem")))
to:
if (aStr == "rem")
which compiles down to the same code.
