improve package descriptions
Adding PRODUCTEXTENSION made only sense when the description ended with
the version number. It was not always the case, and the following examples
looked ugly:
- Calc module for Collabora Office 23.05 (debug info).0.20230609
- Language module for Collabora Office 23.05, language de.0.20230609
- UNO Runtime Environment.0.20230609
We have the info in the package version number anyway.
